Shipping Info: Items are shipped out once a week.

For domestic orders, you should receive your package ~one week after it is shipped.

For international orders, it usually takes two weeks but may take up to six weeks if it gets held by customs.

All purchased items will be marked as a commercial good on the customs form.
Return Policy: There are no refunds for buyers remorse and we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, I will resend the item with extra padding with tracking.

If you want to cancel an order, please send an email to tearwaterrecords@gmail.com with the subject titled "Cancellation" along with your address and what you ordered. If I haven't sent it out yet, I will issue you a full refund. If I have sent it out, I'll try contacting the post office to see if they can send it back to me, but most of the time this does not work, so make sure you email me as quick as possible!
